Grad students and postdocs are invited to join for lunch with Dr. Mark Johnson (a PRL alumnus) from Brown University. As the director of the Molecular and Cell Biology graduate program and also of the university’s HHMI-funded initiatives to increase retention among STEM undergraduate students, Mark is heavily involved in teaching and mentoring graduate and undergraduate students. This will be a great opportunity for TPC members to practice our communication and networking skills with an established researcher and educator. Take this chance to interact with Mark, expand our knowledge beyond our focus in our respective labs, and grow our COM.

Mark will be sharing his research on the “Molecular Dialogues Between Pollen and Pistil” as a part of the PRL/PLB Seminar Series on March 27 at 4:10 PM in 101 Biochemistry.
