Networking TheCOM™ Dictionary.com defines the noun Network as “an association of individuals having a common interest, formed to provide mutual assistance, helpful information, or the like” and the verb Network as “to cultivate people who can be helpful to one professionally, especially in finding employment or moving to a higher position.” To me, this sounds a lot like a Community of Minds, so my definition of Networking is building and cultivating a Community of Minds.
